Welcome

In 2008 and 2009, charitable giving suffered its largest decline in more than 40 years.  While giving increased in 2010 (to $290.89 billion), it may take five or six more years for charitable contributions to return to their 2007 peak. Individual giving (and bequests) represented more than 80% of charitable contributions.  While the dismal economy continues to be a drag on households and nonprofits alike, it is clear that Americans continue to support worthy organizations.

At this juncture you may wish to consider reviewing development strategies and practices.  PG Consulting can offer a pragmatic partnership with small nonprofits that seek to increase the reach and effectiveness of their fund raising programs.

You may wish to push a giving program to a higher level, explore additional sources of revenue, assess your institution’s readiness for a major fund raising campaign, or educate and coach board members on their roles and responsibilities – and your professional staff may not be prepared, may not possess the experience or expertise, or may simply lack the time to take on the new initiative without help.
