My role is to help you meet a challenge – launch a program, train your volunteers, recruit a stronger board – more effectively than you could do on your own. I can guide your staff in carrying out a strategy or plan, or I can take on responsibility for directing a program or activity. The ultimate objective is to build your organizational capacity so you can move forward without the help of a consultant.
My services and fees are structured for small nonprofits. I have a hands-on approach to projects; I’m prepared take off my jacket, roll up my sleeves, and do what it takes to get a job done. I can help formulate a strategic plan as a consultant, implement a program that your organization is ready to launch, or do something that straddles those roles.
